The Baliem Valley is located in the Indonesian Province of West Papua. Only accessibles by small airplane, this remote valley has been discovered in 1938 only by american explorer Richard Archbold. Despite the fast changes of Wamena, the capital city, the Dani Tribe still lives the traditional way.
